product had a pleasing glossy film when it was delivered,but lost the sheen when i used it for rolling out rotis,the very first time !!!!!size- wise chakla is very good,also base appears strong.belan is a little heavy, more so,if user is used to the slimmer ghati velan.manufacturer has to just ensure that the glossy sheen remains intact,and does not wear off at the very first use.not returning it,as other practical aspects of product over rule the aesthetic one.

This is a well made 'chakla' and rolls bread well. It is a little small but still works for smaller breads. Please remember to wash and wipe dry immediately. Mine was drying in a dish rack and some moisture ruined a corner.

I mostly use it to make chapati. The product is good but if rolling there is a bit of tilting. The packaging was perfect but there was a nail coming out of one of its stand. Overally it a 4 star. It's a bit expensive thou

I ordered this product. In pictures and the kind of price they are asking for it, it seemed of good quality. They took almost a month to get it delivered. very small, cheap quality, doesnt even look like the ones in pictures and worst of all, while taking off its sticker, it ripped off the wood. uneven surface, unstable. This product has got everything wrong. Can't trust the seller who is selling such cheap quality product and deceiving by giving wrong product description/photos.
