This is a beautiful piece of furniture--great Danish style and very nice wood. Use it for my 5-year old grandaughter when she comes for sleep overs and use it for just reading or relaxing. Fairly easy to put together with help of another person. I would buy another of these in a heartbeat. I would not suggest that you have large or heavy persons sleeping on it nor would I suggest that children rough house on this piece, Love the color, love the convenience, love the style. Did I say, I really love this?? I do.

I like the casual look and it is made in the US. This is the day bed in the guest room and it does not occupy too much space. I plan to put a coat of clear vanish to protect the natural wood. Though it took 2 times to have the correct size of the metal bracket and screws for the arm rest sent, the company from California acknowledged their problem and I was glad to give it 5 stars.
