AFOUNDRY 300Mbps Wireless Router,dual band best wifi routers, five 5dBi external antenna

I purchased this wireless router on June 27, 2016. Noticed this morning it was no longer functioning so I went to check it out. All of the lights were flashing and there was smoke coming out of it. Good thing I was home today. According to the AWS site, they offer no product support or warranty (expired at 2 months) so basically I have no alternative but to throw it in the garbage. Other wireless routers I have had in the past lasted several years. Strongly recommend not purchasing this router.

This one and the other one advertised that looks just like this, looks just like this for a reason - it is the SAME router.This is NOT a dual-band wifi router. It brodcasts 2.4GHz only ...I give it a 2 because it is not what is advertised.

Works very well.Setup documentation was not the best, but once setup, this unit performs well.

Works great! Set up was a little confusing but you will figure it out. Once it is plugged into your computer and you select it as your wifi option, it will all make sense. The instructions were of little to no help at all. Just really need the Admin password to get into your settings.NOTE: You will still need to by a Modem!!! I bought this thinking I had all that i needed. Nope, this only sends out the wifi signal. Well worth the price as it covers my 3bd 2bath apt with no problem. I can even catch the wifi in my parking spot outside.

This router does everything that I wanted it to do.Wi-Fi in every room of the house? Yes.Wi-Fi in the back and front yards? Yes.Wi-Fi under the porch? Yes.Wi-Fi in the freaking pasture? Yes!Also, I've got six wireless devices that are all used to either stream video or play games. Does this router allow me to operate all six at once?Yes!This router is unbelievably great and the price is so low that it should be a crime. If you're looking to extend WiFi throughout your entire house and lawns, with no dead spots, if you're looking to stream on multiple devices at once, if you're looking to play video games with no glitches or disconnects, this is the router you should buy.Thank you for taking the time to read this review; I hope it helps.
