It’s not working. Please I need a refund or a change of this product.
I bought this product and used it for just 3months.. And it stopped working.. Just like that.. I’ve tried reaching out for a change or refund all to no avail.. Please I need my money back or a change of it…, I didn’t wanna give any star ⭐️ to this tho, but it’s a must that I have to give at least one star. Please I need a refund or a change of it.

It's not cordless
Supplier is weird. Do not recommend to deal with this supplier. Order bought by cash delivered next day with no change and the driver was super rude then next day item delivered and the driver didn't give change 8 aed. Also this kettle is not cordless it have base and plug also the length of the wire is short

It works well, lights up when water it boiling and shuts off once boiling of water is complete.

Waste of money!
Buy cheap get rubbish. Item lasted just 2 months then auto switch failed. Also handle extremely hot when lifting, also switch red hot to touch. Would operate with switch turned on or off, so until suitable replacement arrived had to use by mains wall switch and lift with cloth wrapped round handle. All totally impractical and dangerous. Learnt the lesson and replaced by a propriety brand at double the price but a much more substantial unit.

Great kettle
Love the fact that it has a thick spout as quite a lot of the others have a thin spout and are more likely to leak from the side. The spout filter is very good as I live in a hard water area and have a lot of limescale but it doesn’t come through

DANGEROUS!!!
Worked fine for 6 months but now the switch clicks off but the kettle continues to boil and the handle becomes very hot.I can't seem to return it either as amazon has made it impossible after a month or so.Dangerous and a complete waste of money.Also Bezos. Sort out your returns policy before worrying about going to space!

Beware. Major Burn Risk.
Arrived 21/Jan/21. Stopped working after 3 weeks, emailed supplier, waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Reported to Amazon. Nothing. This product's 2year warranty is no protection. Kettle not only useless but dangerous when automatic 'Off' switch stops working and manual 'Off' action is major burn risk. Buyer beware, beware beware. Only added star because comments won't be printed unless 'stars' added.

UTTER RUBBISH
This kettle is utter rubbish. On the second filling the opening button malfunctioned and yet you are expected to pay return postage. I’m surprised Amazon is selling such crap. DO NOT BUY THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE AGGRO!
