becker&mayer! kids Handcrafted Soaps: All-Natural Soapmaking at Home

I bought this so my partner and I could have a go at making fancy soaps. I was extremely disappointed that we could not complete a single one of the recipes provided in the book with the ingredients in the kit. There are a lot of additional items you will need, such as dried herbs and flowers, oats, milk, honey and alcohol rub to name just a few. I appreciate that due to the variety of the recipes they couldn't supply all of the ingredients for all of the recipes, but it would be nice if there were at least the necessary extras to make one of them.Despite this we were able to cobble together some of the necessary items (we were unable to go out and buy any further items due to coronavirus) and the resulting soaps are nice enough, the moulds are pretty but can warp if the soap is too hot when you put it in.The cardboard presentation boxes are distinctly fine, some of them don't close very well. We would have much rather had ingredients to make the soaps than these boxes that we'll realistically never use.

Beautiful gift for my sister . Tempted to keep it for myself beautifully boxed all wrapped up now . Is as picture describes if not better great for people who like hobbies and nice things in general many thanks

It's a good little starter to do with the little one. You do need spray alcohol to go with it though.
