Its broken all pallets are extracted from the pallets cups and are upside down and little pieces are merged on each other. Its unpacked no protection cover. Looks like expired item. No expiery date. box is full of scratches and skickers are half removed

I never seen makeup stuff damaged / broken like this, came without wrapping like this!!!So bad it ruined all what inside the box of colors 🤬

Please don't buy it,two times I returned this item and got the same broken pallet and quality is also not like original, packing is also so cheap,

One compartment was broken upon arrival. I am very disappointed.

If I could put zero stars I would.Very disappointed with this item.The colours are lovely or they would have been, if they hadn't have been broken, causing the colours to mix.I tried to send it bk and get a replacement but it says, 'unable to return' or words to that effect.So I'd say don't buy this product. It's a bit of a gamble to whether you'll get it in one piece and if you don't, you're stuck with a faulty product.This was one of my granddaughter's Christmas presents.I can't put into words how angry I am.If you're going to sell something, be prepared for people needing to return your product !

Only used a couple of times and just crumbled when but brush on it.

Me ha llegado el producto Destrozado. Todas las sombras mezcladas. Al final de doce colores sólo podré utilizar ocho, pues los otros cuatro han desaparecido. Aunque no se cómo se porque está todo teñido.

Era la primera vez que pedía maquillaje y ya no lo volveré a hacer más. Dos de los colores vienen partidos, lo que ha hecho que todos los productos estén manchados de sombra de ojos. Pienso que se debería proteger mejor el producto o poner en el paquete que contiene elementos frágiles para que los carteros tengan más cuidado. Una pena porque esperaba este producto con muchas ganas la verdad.

La palette è arrivata impacchettata male, infatti un ombretto era già staccato. Non ho fatto il reso solo perché è un colore che non mi serve. La palette è più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi, e non tutti i colori si stendono bene. Ho diversi palette Maybelline e direi che questa è la peggiore di tutte. Non è di buona qualità. La userò quando serve ma non la comprerò mail più.
