Love this. So easy to use and doesn’t take up much space…can shove it in a drawer as it’s so bendy. Great for arm and tummy workout.

An excellent way to tone up muscles. Exercises for upper arms, shoulders and belly fat. I've used it several times and it does exactly what it says.
