This was a Great gift to give. It came wrapped in bubble paper,and in a nice velvet pouch. The writing was perfect,and clear. Unbeknownst to me..I received one as well for a gift. It was from the same company. It was a picture of my beloved dog I had recently lost. Her picture was SPOT ON!! SO..weather it be a picture..or names. You cannot lose with this ornament! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Will definitely be using them again!!

Ordered as a gift for a friend whose wedding was thwarted by COVID this year. What a pretty ornament! The etching was clean and clear, and the ornament itself is delicate but also sturdy. It came well packaged for shipping. The ornament itself came in a red velvet bag, with cleaning cloth and ribbon to attach to the ornament - perfect fit for a small gift bag.Something also happened with my shipping and my item had not arrived for whatever reason. The seller was extremely responsive and actually overnighted a replacement ornament to arrive the day I needed it. And then of course the original showed up. 🙄 We can chaulk that up to 2020, but I definitely appreciated how responsive and on point the seller was. Really great customer service and a quality product! Will def come back to order other items!

I bought this as a wedding shower gift and it's beautiful and a nice gift for anyone starting their life together during this time of year! I didn't realize when I ordered it that it's glass - so that was a pleasant surprise when I unwrapped the bubble wrap. It comes in a nice little velvety gift pouch too which is a nice touch.

I bought the cranberries and evergreens ornament for my daughter-in-law and son this Christmas. The packaging and shipment time were fine. I have replaced the flimsy silver thread with which the ornament is supposed to be hung. What I can't fix is the brown cranberries and grey evergreens. How hard is it to find deep red and forest green paint? Primary colors, folks!

Love the rustic look. Came very quick.Looks better in person.However...While the velveteen storage bag was nice, it’s my suggestion that a hard box would be better protection simply because it’s a glass item that will become sentimental over the years as a favorite Christmas ornament and will get packed away with the other decorations without much protection.

The item came within two days of ordering it! The ornament is even better in person and is great quality. We love it so much. It also came with a coupon for future orders and we will definitely be ordering more from this seller!

The ornament itself is really pretty, and good quality. I only wanted the year on the ornament, not the month or day. It won't allow you to leave those blank, so I asked a question regarding what I wanted. I was told to enter zeros. I entered it as 0.0.2020 as instructed. It arrived like this. It looks goofy, and now I can't get it to a co worker as planned. It's hard to see in the picture, but on the right side, there is also a line going vertically, and it's sticky with glue or something. It appears there is a scratch underneath it. I'm really disappointed. It should be set up where the month, day, and/or year can be left blank.

Received my order with one missing out of two and a miss print. The seller immediately handles it very professional and fixed any issues. I’d recommend this product and seller. Nice quality and a new keepsake.
