NORDICTRACKROWER RW 900

After 3 weeks of following Nicole Vogel 12 set beginner series followed by Hanna Eden beginner, I have lost 8 pounds. More importantly than the weight, its the muffin top that has gone down, and seeing ab definition. Added to the routine, eating salads with homemade, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar a dash of salt and pepper, fish 2 x a week, chicken 3 a week, red meat 1 a week and a cheat day, (still have those cravings) this low impact on the body, (if you row correctly) has done amazing. Having a visual person guiding you through the work outs is huge. I know some on here have not had success. Like anything you must follow the proper technique, do this at least 3 times a week, eat habits change, (no junk food, fast food, sugary foods) you will see results. If I don't row at least 10 minutes a day, I feel sluggish. Added to the row work outs, I follow that with beginner yoga. The row work out warm down stretch is very much like yoga, however, following a yoga instructor for 10 to 15 minutes works wonders for the recovery. If I was to say anything negative, it would be there is never any live instructors. Not sure what I get for the monthly membership, will be calling to find out. The RW900 with the big screen is well worth the upgrade price. And to add to this, I am 56 and looking like I did when I was 26. Love rowing.

The assembly instructions were clearly laid out from organization of hardware to the assembly diagrams and instruction in the manual.iFit ActivationiFit account activation was not included in the delivery, nor communicated in email upon purchase from Amazon. However, using the chat feature available in the lower right-hand corner of the itfit.com website proved an efficient way to acquire the authorization code. Be prepared to provide a photocopy of the receipt through the chat.Quality iFit instructorsWe've tried two iFit videos (Quick Burn with Jay Wein and Strength and Flexibility with Briohny Smyth) and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of instructors, as well as the effort by the videography team for excellent editing, sets and routine layout. Wow!Minor software glitch: The iFit algorithms do not recognize a non-rowing activity. (Error: Session did not save because you rowed less than 8 m.) The yoga and some strength videos do not have a rowing component. The end result is no "credit" for participating in activity and no ability to rate the video. Easy fix?SturdinessPurchased this machine mainly for my 15 year old son. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and 190 lbs. When he uses it, the seat makes a creaking noise during periods of higher reps and resistance levels above ~15, which has planted an as-yet-substantiated seed of doubt regarding the equipment's longevity.The monitor starts to vibrate in harmony with vibration of the wheel again at higher reps and resistance levels to the point of impaired visibility of the video on display. Vibration dampners in future iterations?

I love my NordicTrack RW900 Rowing Machine with a 22” Touchscreen and iFit Family. I have searched for months comparing features with other rowers. I am so happy I decided on the NordicTrack RW900 and the iFit Family.I have rowed on several machines throughout my life with hired "trainers", I didn't realize that I was doing it all wrong and getting no benefit until I trained with the iFit team. The iFit family is teaching me how to get the full benefit of the workout, step by step at my own pace.The RW900 looks good in my living (everyone wants to try it) but it can easily fold and move out of the way when needed.I Highly recommend Norditrack RW900. Best piece of equipment I have ever bought.

Given the prospect of a long winter with new COVID restrictions, my wife and I decided that it was time upgrade our home gym to give us more options and variety. We both exercise a fair amount, admittedly her more than me, but we know from past experience that if the equipment is not of high quality and durable, then it will not survive the rigors of high usage over time. I did a fair amount of research, looking at all of the top brands, and ultimately decided to splurge on the NordicTrack RW Rower as I was eager for something that would not only provide a great cardio workout but also an upper body workout. We were both also very interested in the instructor led workouts in hopes that would push us even harder.Ordering was super simple, I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and on Monday morning I had the rower delivered directly to my exercise room. Honestly couldn't have been easier. Assembly was also a breeze. I found the instructions to be both intuitive and easy to follow. I think it took me all of 45 minutes to go from box to workout ready. So far, all a great experience!I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive with purchasing a rower because I just didn't know if I would use it that much. What I quickly learned is that having the iFit membership (a free year family subscription comes with your purchase!) which gives access to the instructor led workouts that the workouts are addictive, intense and personal. I wake up eager for the new workout for that morning! I also learned through an introduction to rowing session that my form was all off and that once I improved my form, I really improved the quality of my workout.I have now owned the rower for 2 weeks and have done 6 different workouts. I'm really enjoying the instruction, the quality of the product and the solid upper back workout. I would definitely buy this product again! Spend the extra money on this rower, it is totally worth it!

The RW900 is a step up from the RW300 I had previously. I doubted the value of a large screen - but it does make a difference for me, way more immersive! Bluetooth connectivity means I can have it loud enough to hear but not disturb others in the house. I got a great deal pricewise - almost 50% off, and they delivered to my door. assembly was easy. Good so far
