My little boy is 2 1/2 years old and loves to wear his pull-ups. I love that they have character pictures on them that he knows and loves. Jake the Pirate, Mater from Cars, and Mickey Mouse are great choices. The design on front fades as the child wets the diaper, which is a quick way to know if the boy forgot to tell his Mommy that he needed to go potty. He loves the challenge of keeping Jake/Mater/Mickey dry, although it hasn't worked yet. He gets excited when I say he can wear a pull-up instead of a diaper. There have been several times when he has done more than pee in the pull-up and so far they haven't leaked any of the contents. I love how easy it is to slide them on and appreciate the tabs on the side that make them easy to take off when they contain extra surprises.

Great Pull-Ups
My son has been potty-trained during the day for a while, but he still needs to wear a pull-up at night. These work perfectly! He loves the fun Disney design and they are easy for him to pull on and take off. I love that they keep him dry through the night.

Not as absorbent as I would prefer, but helping with the potty transition.
My three year old son has little to no interest in potty training. He has somewhat of an interest when his friends are all going to the potty at daycare, but for the most part is not into it. His daily moods range from adamantly against it with full fledged temper tantrums to just pathetically crying that he doesn't want to. He cries every time he sees his "big boy" underwear and begs for his diaper. I've recently been able to convince him to try pull ups. They're still diapers to please him, but at least we're adaquetly teaching him the motions of pulling his undies up and down. On the rare occasion that he's interested in using his potty they're easy for him to pull down in the appropriate way. Another HUGE plus is the side tabs. Since he is still primarily using these as a diaper having the ability to remove them easily without smearing bodily secretions down his legs is very important. The designs are very cute and were definitely helpful at convincing him to try them on.Some of the disadvantages of pull ups are that they are not as absorbent as his diapers were. I understand that from a marketing standpoint they don't have to be, but I can't be the only parent that is trying to use them as a transition with a child who still really wants his diapers. We've experienced more leaks with them and they are not good for nighttime use at all. If he hated the sensation of being wet this might actually be an advantage to make him want to go to the potty l but it doesn't seem to bother him. So in the end I just end up with a wet toddler. Another disadvantage presented itself as some pretty bad irritation on his back near the back elastic. He has sensitive skin and this portion of the diaper really irritates him.Overall, I'm hoping to not need them for very long but I'll continue purchasing this brand for as long as I do.

Our favorite for potty training
I used Pull-Ups for both of my little boys when they were potty training and they were great. We still use them for my three-year-old as back-up protection when he goes to bed. They retain wetness well, and we rarely had a problem with leakage when they went #2 in them. I wish they were a little easier to wrap up into a compact ball when it's time to throw them out, but otherwise I really like the easy-open, easy-close adhesive sides that make it easier to deal with blowout messes.

NOT SOFT
These pull up diapers are made from a different material than the previous diapers (with Mickey on them). They are very rough and the sides feel like sand paper. Will not be buying again.

They aren't as good as pampers cruisers
They aren't as good as pampers cruisers, so I still use those at night. They work fine for day use and potty training. My son likes them and asks for his "underwear" instead of diapers.

DISAPPOINTED!
I'm really upset with this purchase! It sucks that the pull ups came two in a box like they were just put in there randomly! I would've preferred it in the box displayed on the website because I would rather have THE NEW EXTENDED LEG PROTECTION pull ups because they are less prone to accidental leakage! I ALREADY HAVE the ones I received and they are the old pull-ups without the extended leg protection! My son has just begun potty training and I REALLY DISLIKE the old design! I don't have $24.99 to waste! I'm so SO UPSET!

Cute patterns!
Just received these, was unsure of the idea of pull up style diapers because they are more expensive, but I had a coupon so figured I would try them for our 2.5 year old son. He likes being able to pick out which character he wants to wear, and it is easy for him to pull them down on his own to use the potty. My only complaint is that they feel like swimmy diapers, wish they were a little softer, though he doesn't seem to notice.

Good training pants
These work great during the training period. The side tabs can be finicky sometimes after they have been ripped apart. They don't always stick back together easily. Fast shipping with decent price.
