I LOVE THIS SCENT!!!! The fact that this was on Amazon as well as the Westin website was such a joy! It works perfectly in my diffuser and is lasting forever. Its the same as the Westin site but comes much faster with not delivery fee. Will be ordering again.

Exactly as published. Was authentic, sealed and came in the original box. Couldn’t have been happy with this product.

I purchased Aeras $160 diffuser unit. Setup was difficult, after messing around with it for a while I finally got the diffuser to work. I was pretty underwhelmed with the product's performance. The fragrance did not distribute through the small room I purchased it for. I might also add the fragrance canister does not last long, even when used on the lower settings. To make matters worse when it came time to replace my diffuser I went to replace my fragrance canister and my diffuser unit did not work!!!!! This was after only one use! ONE! Called Aera they offered a replacement. Two-ish weeks later a replacement arrived. Took the unit out of the box went through the setup AND THE SECOND UNIT DID NOT WORK! Did not work AT ALL! Nothing! Zero! I called Aera again, this time reaching a rude representative for the company. I explained had now I have two nonoperational diffusers and they offered to send me another one. At this point, I refused a replacement and was told I would be issued a return. Well, here I am today. Called Aera again today because I have not received my refund, still have two non-operational Aera units and a bunch of fragrances I purchased that I’ll never be able to use. I’d like to add that today I also received reached a very rude representative from the company. Please think twice before investing in this very pricey product where the company has bad customer service and products that don’t work.

The scent is great but it lasts no where near the 300 hours it claims! I think it only lasts 100 hours and is not value for money. They should just add more product so that it will last the 300 hours. Maybe it will last 300 hours if you only run the machine 2 hours a day but I like to scent the home throughout the day. So now I've installed a remote controlled timer to run it 5 hours for the day. 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening. Let's see how long it lasts now.

The scent is amazing. I love it and haven’t tired of it over the last several years. This particular scent capsule from Westin does not have the required metal rings on the bottom of the capsule for it to work with the aera “smart” machine. See my photo. I contacted Westin home and they told me that they have a machine that’s not “smart” (ie doesn’t read metal rings on capsules) and is manual. That’s the one that works with these capsules NOT the aera diffuser that is suggested with this capsule.
