Roush quality
Great sound, easy install with the right tools , I looked at Roush exhaust for a year before just saying buy it. Glad I did . Some reviews complain about in cab drone ,not really the case here sounds like exhaust should, not kackling and popping. Nice mellow tone at ildle and normal acceleration, aggressive sound with a heavy hoof . Very solid when installed and finish is good, welds and so on. Some tips for installation= raise the rear of truck at least 12 to 16 inches slide a couple jack stands under the rear axle tubes. This will help you remove the existing outlet pipe over the rear axle. From there just follow the instructions and you'll have it done in no time

Perfect sound
It is the perfect sound I was looking for. Every time I start the truck I get so happy, my 2014 SVT Raptor finally sounds like it always should have. For all the reviews that say it’s a little loud, I say NO. That’s the sound of “MAN”. But just as a precaution I did use some higher temp paint to help longevity of the system

Everything as expected
I had been looking at this exhaust for awhile. When I decided to purchase it, I found it on Amazon from this seller for well over $100 cheaper. Delivery was estimated at 7 days, I received it in 2. The package did not come with formal instructions, instead it came with a website to go to. I didn’t use the instructions as it was pretty simple to install this exhaust after removing the original. This Roush exhaust sounds great on my 2014 F-150 w/ a 5.0.

Overall Quality Product
Install was pretty straight forward and didn’t take very long at all if you have some sense of ability doing something like that. The only somewhat challenging aspect of having to make a cut in the exhaust to fit your Specific vehicle was almost scary how easily my saw went through the steel. You will have to own some sort of saw or grinder etc. to make that cut which can add more money one has to spend in order to get in installed. As far as results after install - It’s much louder than the stock exhaust. At times it makes strange noises when you get in the throttle. Almost a backfiring like popping noise which isn’t exactly desirable in my opinion. Has a pretty nice throaty tone to it overall. The price in my opinion is way to high for what the makeup of the product actual is. I think all cat back systems are over priced though as they are just essentially thin tubes of steel welded into different angles. Can’t imagine the profit involved when it comes to price to make vs. retail cost.

Easy to install, minor modifications needed
Great sound and pretty easy to install. Took me a while because 2012 f150 Lariat bolts were pretty rusty- make sure you have deep sockets it makes everything ALOT easier (15mm,13mm, and 18mm). The y-pipe mount was also a little finicky and I had to cut a little bit of it, but other than that it’s great! PS the exhaust is louder than running straight off the headers.

Love this exhaust
Love this exhaust, the sound coming from it is great. The install was nice and easy only took about an hour. Not sure how easy the instructions are to follow since I didn't use them. The kit comes complete with everything that you will need. One pipe is long to make it compatible for all different configurations so just make sure that you have something to cut it down to your size. It's also marked so you know where to cut it when you need to.

Great pipes, no options
Great exhaust for the money. I do have two complaints though. This exhaust is very loud at times and I have serious cab drone when throttling lightly and at highway speeds. That's first one, second one is They DON'T include the option of keeping the resonator to keep drone down. Other than that it sounds great when accelerating aggressively or just controlling the sound with throttle.

EDIT- 7 years later it broke / Perfect for the 5.0 engine.
Just installed on my 2012 f150 crew cab with long bed and 5.0L engine. The install was easy. My truck has 65k on it and I was able to remove old exhaust with no special tools or torches. The sound is better than I expected. It's just right! Loud when you get on it and quiet at idle to still order food thru drive thru. It's a perfect match for the 5.0 engine.EDIT- broke 7 years later:/ breaks my heart to put original exhaust back on that i saved.
