If like me, you cannot sleep without all this stuff then you won’t be disappointed.Will buy again coz it’s a no-brainer.

As I’ve only just started taking these at the moment, hopefully they will suit me and I will then be a regular shopper, time will tell.

Got these for perimenopause helped a little

When it arrived, it had fillers listed on the ingredients that weren't in the description on the listing. I had to send it back. There's much cheaper options with filler in it.

Hot flushes had disaappeared.

The product arrived swiftly. High potency as it is mostly extract. I just started taking it so difficult to know the real effects but no side effects noted.

One capsul got 100mg of isoflabone. I chose this product to avoid many bulky tablets to reach intake amount. Capsul is light and smooth to swallow. So far it does the job to ease menopause symptoms for me.

Bought these in Nov 2021 and initially I thought they were helping releive me of my night sweats. However, that only lasted the first week or so then they were back as normal. Maybe it was the placebo effect, not sure, so that's why I've only given 1 star. I'll finish them but won't be buying them again. They maybe work for some people just not me. However, the product was well wrapped and delivered on time, in a good sized bottle and reasonable quality pills.
