Directions

Attach the mouthguard to the LED light. Apply the whitening gel to the top and bottom of the mouthguard, insert it into the mouth and switch on the LED light. Make sure during the treatment that your teeth are fully in contact with the whitening gel, apply a soft pressure on the mouthguard if needed. After 10 minutes the light switches off, you can keep going longer for better results but don't exceed 30 minutes per treatment. Rinse your mouth and mouthguard with warm water.
