Arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It was an exact match for the one I replaced and it works beautifully! I've been waiting 2 months for this part from the dealership when I found this one. Easy to install and way less $ than Chevy was gonna charge me.

Works as advertised. Took 10 mins to uninstall and re-install Need a 7mm socket and a flat tip screwdriver to replace.

Blower direction failed after 3 months, can’t get any info for warranty
Worked great for a couple months, noticed clicking when changing blower direction, and it stopped changing. Took it apart and saw broken teeth on the track. Can’t find any information for warranty information to get a replacement. Either spend the $14 for product protection, or buy the $85 part from the other seller

Waste of time and money
Components are cheaply made. Gears for mode door and temperature blend door positions are weak and broke on 3rd day of use. Better off buying a used oem part than this.
