I take this amazing natural supplement for my post-traumatic stress disorder and it just helps so much more than any pharmaceutical meds. I use to reduce reaction to irritating events after a stressful day at work (which is almost every day)One capsule after work works best for me. 30 minutes to begin feeling the effect.If taken during the day I am brain lethargic and unproductive. Also, I feel less energetic. I do not recommend using SAM-e if you need to do critical thinking. It takes overnight sleep before the effect dissapates completely.*I recommend walking or other forms of vigorous exercise to help remove the cortisol in your system after a stressful day.

I have taken Sam-e for many years now. I am 66 years old. It helps my mood mostly and this brand is probably just as effective but the problem is the taste and smell. Every time I open the bottle there is an over powering smell like when my dog has tremendous gas. I mean it almost makes me gag. If I don’t breathe and can get it swallowed it continues to be a horrible taste all day long. The smallest burp can make you suffer all over again with the same horrible taste. Other Sam-e doesn’t do that. Sorry but it is just intolerable.

My dog is a bit overweight therapy dog and his hips are bad. The dog chiropractor recommended Sam-e to help him out and I'm amazed at how well he gets around with it. Before we started him on this jumping into car caused whimpers, now after being on this he can jump, dance and love without whimpers. I'm thankful for all Sam-E is doing for my pup.

These are rotten and disgusting. Very smelly similar to vomit I've been taking Sam-e for a few years. I typically get the eccentric coated in blister packs. Every once in awhile I get capsules from Meijer if I run out. This had a larger dose and I got 180 pills for the cost of my typical 120. Not a good deal! I'd consider trying them again if I was offered a free bottle and it was a new batch. But otherwise never again. Returning

Thankfully Amazon helped me on this as I couldn't reach the seller. I have used the product before and happy with it but first time ordering the 2 bottles.
