Lew's American Hero WeGo 2 Speed Spin Combo

The combo is great for a backup setup the only thing I didn't like was how awful it was packaged just stuck in a box with a thin sheet of plastic in normal fashion the box arrived beat up like it was ran over but thankfully the rod and reel was fine

Well I do a lot of fishing in my free time mostly creeks and lakes around town I have multiple combo's but wanted a new creek rod because I broke the tip off an ugly stik saw this one and was sold immediately once got it on time by the way noticed that the reel was pretty small I'm used to having heavier duty gear considering some of the creek monster's I've pulled out if the water so that being said I love the rod it exactly what I was looking for the reel I gave it to a beginner fisherman who seemed to live it didn't even mind that the rod had one less eye hole than my new combo

I decided to try lightweight spinning gear and I really like this spinning rig! This cast great, after you remove some line. Do it first and you won't get frustrated when it tangles up on your casts. After I removed about 10 - 15 yards of line, it casted fine and did not tangle. I was able to catch my limit and look forward to many years of fishing with this rig!

Got this for my boyfriend. It broke the 2nd time he used it.

The Lew's rods and reels have become my go to. This one is no exception. It's smooth and has been reliable so far.

For the money this isn't a bad combo. The rod will definitely hold up far better than the reel will though. I would recommend using this rod with an upgraded reel. Would find this to be a decent combo for a child to use though.

Pues a pesar de que surgieron bastantes problemas, les cuento; la primera caña que mandaron esta quebrada de la punta y pues se veía bastante sucia y maltratada, tuve que solicitar una devolución a la cual me mandaron otra y llego como a la semana, pero esta me sorprendió ya que yo esperaba que salieran con lo mismo, pero esta si se veía nueva y no se veía sucia, estaba impecable ya Nadamas faltaría probarla y ver que no vuelva a fallar. Pero de primera impresión está bien, es ultra light pero es mejor para pelear las lobinas y sentirlas más padres.

Esta bien ..solo que pienso muy cortaY la parte ensamblable muy delgada .vreo sera un gran reto enganchar un pez de 1 kilo....al momento del hookset debido a la ligeresa de la caña ...ser casi imposble enganchar un pez grande...El reel esta muy bonito muy suave....creo eae no es problema para trabajar peces grandes .....el problema es la caña..la parte de arriba muy pero muy delgada..pero relacion precio esta bien..Las crappies y lobinas pequeñas de enyre 200 400 grs ..sin problema saldran...pues a estrenar ya que ..🖒🖒🖒😎
