Its MONO... a downgrade from charge 3 !!
Bought this as an “upgrade” from charge 3, when I first played it I was shocked that only one side is working, I thought it was defected, until i came to know it was a mono speaker !!and the speaker is not even in the center, so sound is basically asymmetrical !!!!I will definitely return it and get a new charge 3 instead of my old one which i gave to a family member.Don't know what they were thinking in JBL.If you are planning to buy it then definitely go with the charge 3. It was a solid 5 stars.

Well , i have to say i was impressed by the package. Everything was very funky with a cool box and papers etc. Very good first impression of it's originality. The sound is absolutely amazing. I have 2 issues though. 1) When the battery is empty and it's charging, i can't play music. Which gives me the impression that even though it's charging it will drain the battery. Now i don't know if this is mine being faulty or if that's the way it is. Issue number 2: it definitely doesn't have 20h of playing time. I'd say roughly 15. Again shed some light if this is just mine.

I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY , I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CHARGER FOR CHARGING THIS JBL BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM I WAS TRAVELLING FOR LAST ONE MONTH , IT WAS IN PACKED CONDITION.IF POSSIBLE PLEASE ARRANGE TO SEND THE SAME.

Latest product great sound
Good one, quality sound . I had a flip 4 which supports mic too but this new product comes with no mic support or dual speakers , even the products was manufactured after the flip4 adding flip 4 feature could have been better as it will help use as a Bluetooth speaker while driving. For this reason I am giving 3 star otherwise could have been 5 star.

Very good. Has both a good Bluetooth and a cable connection (need to buy cable separately). Sound quality is great. No complaints at all.

Amazing speaker
Amazing speaker. I watched a lot of reviews on YouTube and it's a 100% original + the quality of the sound is spectacular and there is no problems with mono sound comparing with stereo + the quality of the lower bass is very good. Good job JBL
