Im working more than 9 hrs in front of the computer hence my neck & shoulder feels so stiff most of the time. This neck massage I used it while working & it helps relax my muscle and the heat improves the circulation. Most importantly it reduce my headache from the muscle tension. Although its a neck massage I use it also in other parts of the body such as hip, back & legs its very flexible. Im used to hard massage & this neck massage can do deep muscle massage its a strong machine considering its decent price its really a quality made one unlike others that only seems its tickle only your muscle. If your not into hard massage you can adjust by how much pressure you push your self into the machine. It has a long wire so its not difficult to set up anywhere & it comes with a car adapter so it can be used inside the car very nice for those long travel.

This massager is really good and the pressure it generates is perfect.Worth the money. I recommend this product if you are looking for good massager at cheaper cost.

It does some good but is cumbersome and difficult to get in right spot and keep in position. Only used a few times.

Not bad. My husband likes it. But one should be careful when using it as it may get too hot for your skin if used longer than recommended. Make sure to follow instructions

I have severe arthritis in my neck and I was given a handheld massager that was way too strong for me and didn't have a heater component. I was hoping for a massage pillow, but I didn't really know what I was looking for. This pillow is absolutely amazing! It hits the right spots in such a way that my eyes roll back in my head bc it feels so wonderful. The price was fantastic, it's easy to use, very durable. The only downside is the 15 minute timer.
