Magick of the Gods and Goddesses: How to Invoke their Powers

To many, to much, & all too religious for me.

I thought this book was going to give directions on working with different Deities by Providing rituals, spells, incantations, summonings, examples of magical workings etc but instead it is just an incomplete list of different deities from cultures around the world. I returned it because I have loads of books like that and this wasn’t what I wanted at all. The book is nicely payed out, D J Conway is an excellent writer but this is by far her worst work. It’s incomplete. Feels rushed and doesn’t provide the reader with any magical insight into how to work with deities at all. This would only be useful for if you are researching deities to work with.
