TOTAL waste of money
JUNK, there is no memory on this, if you want to store any files at all get another computer. Crashes constantly. I have to delete the history and cookies then reboot every few hours or it will crash. I spend as much time on maintenance as I do using the thing. TOTAL waste of money.

Junk inspiron 14 3000
In My 50 Years of working with computer's this is the worse thing I have ever seen. Forget updates when all the things unless you want to reload all the all the programs After all the thing need for a computer to run OS Sound Motherboard there is less then 500 Megabits left on it. Today it had problems running Microsoft Edge trying to read emails. Some design Engineer saw a way to save money with this computer and I use this term loosely. The original Atari with 16k of memory worked ten times better.

absolute worst experience with a computer ever
absolute worst experience with a computer ever. Hard drive is so small, it crashed doing an updated of Windows. 4 hours with tech support and still not resolved - they just keep saying they want to help, but don't. This computer stopped working with the update or minecraft - a simple kids game was all it was ever used for - no email, no web surfing, not even word (though that was the plan once school started). I would not recommend this computer to anyone for any reason unless you need a paperweight. absolute junk

This Laptop has no SATA connector!!!!
Bought this laptop at best buy my only use for it was going to be web surfing and school work. I knew from the begin it had a 32gb flash storage i figured I got a lot of old HDD laying around i'll just put in to expand the storage. once I got home I opened up the laptop case and saw that there was no sata cable to connect an HDD/SSD hard drive I immediately returned it. I know that dell sells the same model with an HDD in it for an extra price. Come on dell why are you gimping your laptops?
