Magnetic platform is a Great feature
I love the magnetic platform. The only issue I have might just be me but the die cuts leave a slight impression in the magnetic platform and I’m afraid that it’ll mess it up if I continue it that way. With just the platform, the cardstock , die cut and B plate it goes through well so I don’t know what could be stacked differently

Incredible customer service!!
I bought a different machine than the one I really wanted. I contacted Bira customer service and they got back to me within 10 minutes! I got my first machine from Bira and I really liked it. Did a great job, I just wanted a different one from Bira. They were really wonderful. Thanks Bira!!

Insatisfaite
Cette appareil ne fonctionne pas bien , il ne coupe pas bien les matrices. Je suis très déçu, je reviens de vacances et mon 30 jours est fini. Je constate à mon retour en asseyant la machine quelle ne coupe pas bien. J’aimerais bien que la compagnie se responsabilise , en me donnant un service quand même.
