the camera is not working well

Originally I was a little unsure about buying this camera because I did not know the brand. But I took the chance, and bought it. It shipped quickly and the package was perfect condition. The box comes with the main camera unit and 2 lens. My package also came with a charger and 2 battery packs. This is awesome because with the extra battery, I won't have to worry about running out of battery while I'm out filming or taking pictures. The camera itself is a nice compact and lightweight design, so it'll be very easy to carry it with me in my purse. The camera picture quality is pretty good. The pictures come out clear and crisp. And the flip-out screen design was something I was looking forward to! It worked great and made it so easy to take selfies and vlog with. The settings and functions are all super easy to learn and use. I think it's a very user friendly camera that even my technology-challenged parents are able to pick it up and use it easily. My parents love it so much that they wanted to keep it for themselves so they can take on their next vacation. I will probably be looking to purchase it again, just so they can have their own.Overall, I think its a wonderful camera at a reasonable price. It's easy to use and perfect for my purposes.

I know what they say 'you get what you pay for'. I didn't expect it to be like a $500+ camera neither to be as a 10 year-old camera. The picture quality was awful, it was grainy, tried every possible setting, lighting and not a decent picture. The worst part it was a gift for my sister, I had to ask her for the camera back to be returned. It is hard to get a decent camera online, in-store when all they care is just to sell their products. This is the first time I returned an item, this time I just couldn't shake/ignore the quality of the item.

The digital cameras has a pretty clear picture , but the sound is very low and you hearsome background noises when you are recording.
