I loved this, great quality and looked great. I had to return as I couldn’t find a suitable place in my tiny ensuite. I wish I had been able to keep it.

This is a nice neat towel rail but I had a couple of problems.The instructions did not show the mounting block I had so, initially, I mounted it upside down - but no real issue. After completing the install I placed a large towel on the rack and when I pulled it off the rail tilted on the shaft. This was because the scews that held the pre-installed rail to the shaft were not fully tight. This required me to dismantle again and, luckily, I had a 'long shaft' allan key and could get inside and fully tighten.

Easy to install, although the holes in the fixing block are very close together, (need to use a small masonry bit if fixing to tiled walls) but a good looking towel rail with a nice finish!

Just what we wanted and ordered. Looks great

It looks nice but drilling three holes so close together in a plaster-covered brick wall is difficult without the holes touching each other. The plugs then are unstable and could loosen over time. I'll give it two weeks and if it works loose I'll send it back.

Solid towel rail and doesnt look cheap

Product length should be 320 but was 270 to short for purpose. The quality of the product was good it’s a pity there was no attention to detail.

Good finish … easy fix to traditional block / brick wall … but as it’s only fixed one end .. I could see it being a problem with a newer house with plasterboard walls , unless you can fix it to a stud

Je cherchais une barre pas trop grande pour installer près du lave-mains. Elle fait le job, n'est pas trop grande puisque 32 cm et est du plus bel effet.
