When I took this along with liquid collagen, my skin look AMAZING and my hair grew like crazy. I was in Nordstrom buying makeup and the woman at the counter asked what foundation I was currently using because it was lovely. I told her I wasn't wearing foundation and she almost didn't believe me. But I had to discontinue my use of it because the sweetener in this is just too much. It's agave, but it's overpowering. And I have candida issues, so the sweetener is a big no no for me. I wish they'd switch to a low glycemic sweetener (if they MUST use a sweetener at all) like monkfruit or pure stevia, then diabetics and others on low sugar diets could use the product. The berry flavor is also too much. They could pull back 50% on the overwhelming sweetness and the product would still taste fine.

A great way to get the nutrients your body needs and to keep your skin pliable and youthful. Great tasting and a large amount to keep you supplied for quite a while. I once ordered a bottle and it arrived shattered, the blueberry juice covering everything in existence. They promptly refunded my money and sent out a new bottle same day. I was really hoping this stuff would work for me and my 11 year old GSD. In fact, after 2.5 weeks of of 3mg per day, she can barely walk. I am now taking her her vet for pain medication. As for me, I had seen no change at all. I have arthritis in both wrist and fingers, both ankles, hips, etc. from Lyme Disease. I have gotten a lot of relief from practicing a Macrobiotic diet. I still have some arthritis that I had hoped this product would help. It didn't.

I started taking this due to a sprained ankle. I wanted to give my joints and muscles some extra help. I paired this with Neocells liquid collagean and my gosh it worked! My ankle felt stronger within a week and the additional benefits are that my hair, skin, and nails were all happy happy! yup it works. The only bummer is the sugar content!! I wish they could eliminate that part but well beggers can't be choosers. It tastes like blueberry jam in my opinion.

I just finished with my first bottle that lasted me for about 3 months taking small tbs daily. I did not notice any differences or changes. This product advertises and promises a lot but it’s def missing the genie in the bottle for those wishes to come true. Another thing I did not like is that due to the high content of sugar, the cap gets stuck and hardened so it becomes a task to try and open the bottle.
