These headphones are rlly high quality and nice, the microphone is good and the headphones are really comfortable. There is good 3D surround sound and it sounds really good in games.

Really comfortable to wear, very lightweight and the bass is really good. When wearing for a long time, it doesn’t make your ears hot as it has cooling gel inside. Quality product!

This headset is pretty nice, it took me a while to fighter out how to get the audio to 100% which was pretty confusing. The cooling gel makes it so nice but the only problem is that it’s not very comfortable. the mic is so clear but it’s not noice canceling which i don’t find a problem, still pretty good audio!

Regret buying these the first minute I listened to them. They don't sound as good as I expected it to sound. It's hard for me to explain, but it sounds like a speaker when you place it underwater and take it out; like a slightly low-quality muffled sound. Not to mention, the surround sound on these headphones are just terrible.Soon, my mic stopped working properly. And then today, when I was gently trying to untangle the wire (because it kept tangling making the length of the wire short which was annoying), the wire snapped off of the control switch part, making the headphones no longer useable. I immediately threw the headphones away.Don't buy these. There are a lot of better options out there. Don't fall for this scam.

The quality of the headphones are really good i was surprised but the problem is it’s very fragile Betty survived for a month If you’re looking for a good pair of headphones that are heavy duty you can say Yeah these are not your headphones

This item has great longevity and quality. Razor is a great brand, my last pair lasted 5 yrs with being taken care of. Sound quality is great I would definitely choose this brand again

J'ai acheté le Razer Kraken pour jouer sur plusieurs plateformes, et je suis vraiment content. Le son est vraiment bon, avec des basses bien présentes et un bon équilibre global. Le micro est rétractable, ce qui est super pratique quand on n'en a pas besoin, et il capte bien la voix. Niveau confort, rien à dire, même après plusieurs heures de jeu, il reste agréable à porter. Le câble avec les commandes intégrées est aussi très pratique. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un casque gaming !

First of all these headphones are a lot lighter than I expected, which helps for longer sessions of gaming or work. They come with a usb adaptor for the PC which works well, but also has the potential to work on consoles without this separate adaptor. I have tried these on my PS4 and was very impressed with the sound and mic quality. The mic as mentioned is retractable and when retracted automatically mutes the mic. There is a separate remote on the headphone wire that allows to adjust volume and to mute the mic for when using without the usb adaptor. The usb adaptor has those functions too.The wire of the headphones is made of a fabric type material and is very good at not tangling, unlike traditional plastic coated wiring.The ear/head cushions are a tad bulky in size/looks but they are so comfortable, like actual pillows for your ear and head.
