Great product, where can i buy it in 10 lbs blocks..lol
OMG!! where has this stuff been all my life! Yes it is a little on the expensive side but for what it can do and does, its a great product to have!!!I just fixed my dads "TV EARS" with it, they are a wireless head set that is used for watching TV, by people with hearing problems. he is 90 and stubborn as a mule, hates his hearing aids so he'd rather crank the tv as load as it goes.. .lol so we got him the head set which works great but must be made out of recycled soda cup lids or plastic coffee stirring sticks because both "arms" snapped within one year. He used tape to hold them together but it was flimsy and weird looking plus with the thin, as cheaply made as the rest of the thing, wires running through the arms, it was only a matter of time before they broke as well. Enter Sugru! What a life saver. it works perfectly, holds strong and has a lot of flex and support. My only regret was not putting a small piece of wire or paper clip around the arms first, to help hold them stiff, then put the Sugru on over them. I was just afraid that the wire would end up poking through the Sugru over time but... oh well... it was my first ever time using this stuff so I was Naive, forgive me! maybe I will add them later if need be. but for now, this stuff is holding like a champ, I almost want to coat the whole item in Sugru to keep them from ever breaking again... well, I would if Sugru were cheaper...lolnot that im knocking the price. its worth it but it is costly, same as a caddy is worth the price but not everyone can buy one or two or three! If you want quality, you have to pay for it! lol. Anyhow, Thanks Sugru, I will be looking for more uses in the future! you've made a life long fan!

Sugru recommended and tested to fix my watch
I felt a little skeptical but i had a shark watch that needed fixing. The watch has been holding up after the repair for 3weeks now and the glue feels normal on my skin. I have no regrets except I could of incorporated a design or etched logo on the top side of the glue. Overall, cleanup was good and left overnight to cure. The results are amazing. The glue feels fine on the skin and holds very well. The glue even flexes with the watch and doesnt show any signs of loosening. The watch ripped from my wrist stripping the watch band pin hole from the main housing of the watch. Brought my watch to a watch repair shop and they advised to get a new watch. I read online that I could've drilled a slightly deeper hold and found a pin that is a bit longer to hold the band inplace. I elected not to pursue this option as I do not have the correct tools and skills necessary for this job. Someone on reddit recommended this glue for someone's broken key. So I decided to give it a try on my watch. The only prep work I did for my watch was to cover the face and any other parts I didnt want to get glue on. I positioned the watch band in the stripped hole and in it's natural position. I put on gloves and opened a pack of sugru glue. I molded the glue around the watch band and smoothened it out with the sugru packaging. I left the watch on the side to let it cure. Its been three weeks now and I've tugged at it, took it surfing on Oahu's north shore, and wear this watch every day and the watch is holding up great!

Super Useful, But Unsure of Packet Size?
This is a really great product for patches and fixes and so far has saved me quite a bit of money I would have spent replacing things.First, I used the WHITE Sugru to repair my MacBook power cord. One of my cats had gone to town on various points in the cord, and it was only working intermittently. A new powercord is expensive, and I didn't want to risk buying an off-brand unit, so this seemed like a good gamble. It worked perfectly! The exposed wire was patched completely and it now works 100% of the time. There's a decent amount of bend in the wire still, but nothing like it was originally. Then, I used the BLACK Sugru to repair my coffee table. Again--cats! All four corners of the table had been chewed, exposing sharp/splintering wood. I'd torn 3 pairs of leggings on them already and I had had just about enough of that. I am not in the market for a new coffee table, so I patched the corners, smoothing the edges to sit mostly flush against the rest of the table. It by no means looks fancy, but it doesn't look awful and it's already saved a pair of my leggings. (Don't ask how I manage to walk into it all the time, we are all wondering the same thing).Overall I think this was a really good purchase. My only complaint is the size of the packaging. When repairing my cord, I ended up patching multiple areas with the same packet, but when repairing my table, I needed one full packet for one of the corners/repairs. I kind of which they had multiple size options? Especially considering that once open, you only really have an hour to work with the material.
