Perfect...for sourdough batard
This is perfect on so many levels...I use it for baking sourdough bread...perfect size for bread proofed in 9" banneton or about 900 grams to 950 grams of dough...the sides are there to support your dough during the first 20 minutes of rising in the oven so that your dough rises up instead of spreading out which can be a problem with high hydration dough...This little gem gives your bread that professional bakery style, rounded from the bottom look...extremely pleased with my purchase...thank you Amazon for fast delivery...item arrived in perfect condition...

Got mine on sale at warehouse deal $25. Using it occasionally for frying egg. Mainly for cooking on our BBQ. We cooked coconut shrimp and fries from Costco in this pan in the bbq. They come out very crispy! It fits in our toaster oven, usually cook fish like Unagi or salmon. It will keep food warm longer. May get a second one as they stack well to save space.After having this for some time, surprisingly this was the most versatile and frequently (almost daily) used cook & serving ware. Surprised, as I tried to stay from cast iron as you have to heat and season it after washing to prevent rusting. 32oz is the right size for us.
