Birthright may help you like it did me
This was such an encouraging book. We have been programmed to believe more things that are not true than we realize. When we truly start to see the truth of who we are in Christ, a cloud is lifted and freedom begins to be real to us who believe in Christ. Marvelous book! Choose to believe God. Birthright may help you like it did me.

AN OUTSTANDING READ
The book arrived very timely, and in at least as good condition as represented. This is an amazingly well written exposition of the birtright of every born-again believer...a legacy of sanctity, purity and victory totally paid for by the redeaming work of Jesus Christ on the cross. All too many evangelical believers (myself included) have carried baggage arount that spoke of us being worms and filthy sinners, but that it not who we are in our deepest being, in our hearts where our deepest desire is to obey our Master. This book should provide joy and reassurance to every true believer and provoke introspection on the part of "spectator Christians".I strongly recommend this book and the investment in time that it demands in order to maximize its revelation!

Who You Are in Christ and Your Purpose
The author walks you through an understanding of what is means to be "Created in the Image of God". To understand who we are created to be enables you to walk daily in the comfort of God's Grace and Peace through Christ. I highly recommend this book as we are all navigating the difficult times as well as preparing your heart for eternity in the Kingdom of God.

This book changed my life. It's not a white dog and a black dog fighting it out for supremacy in your heart. Instead, if you have accepted Christ you are a brand new creation. Read this book!

Challenging to many of my religious thinking
I found this book stirring and exciting. Many of the concepts were profound but made clear by utilizing some excellent illustrations--such as the crab apple tree being grafted with the golden delicious apple--great picture here. This by far is one of the best books I own and I recommend it to any Christian.

Fresh air on what it really means to be a Christian
Birthright is a very well researched look at the scriptures in an easy to read book that focuses on the essential identity of a Christian. The book clears out centuries of theological cobwebs to bring the truth into razor-sharp focus. So much of Christianity is confused with religion and Needham uses clear logic and scholarly research to separate the two. For the reader caught in a destructive lifestyle of religion-self-righteousness and self-condemnation, this book will open the prison doors to an amazing self-realization.

Excellent!
I've been a Christian for about 30 years, and yet after all this time, several theological-practical issues have eluded me (especially the old self/new self dilemma). Needham's book has helped me to finally begin to grasp them at a heart level and to begin living them out, with new freedom and joy. His book is easy to read (he has a great sense of humor too) and yet very thought-provoking and carefully researched. There are lengthy notes for each chapter (which are often as good and important as the main parts), but they are optional for those who don't have time to read them. (Leader's study guide materials are also available.) I'd say this is one of the most life-transforming books I've ever read. I heartily recommend it.
