Having had insomnia for years now, when I first took melatonin I thought it will somehow make me fall asleep, However that’s not the case here! it does make you feel a little bit drowsy and relaxed but you have to set the right environment for you to fall asleep but what it actually does it improves the quality of sleep.. whether its 5 or 8hrs I always wake up feeling a lot more refreshed!

My naturopathic oncologist recommended 5 years ago to start taking 20 mg. of melatonin to help prevent further breast cancer. AND to help with sleep as with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue that seems to be an issue. This brand seems to work better than any others I've used. I will be going back to it.

I wouldn't recommend this. Taking 30 minutes before bedtime at 10 PM I am awake by 1 AM. I have tried taking 2 tablets and still they don't make me sleep more than 4 hours.

Bought this for sleep issues and couldn’t sleep the first night and now that it’s been a few days when I wake up I still feel tired

I have taken one of these for the past few nights and holy crap- I noticed a difference right away! So glad I bought these.
