I am amazed how well this product works. I have severe arthritis and using this on my sorest joints really reduces the pain. I generally use it at night and because it is essentially odorless, it doesn't disrupt my sleep. You just gradually realize that the soreness has subsided. It's one of those long-used herbal remedies that really works!

This is very helpful for bursitis pain I have in my hip. And all natural so I don't have to worry about side effects. My chiropractor carries it and that's where I first bought it. I put it on before I go to bed at night and helps me be pain free and go to sleep.

Good working arnica cream. I've been a massage therapist 10 years. So constantly looking for good products to use for muscle pain. I workout/ fitness train every day and with my job I can have a lot of muscle pain and tension especially at night. I've tried many pain lotions ect. It works and can be used to massage the affected area ( a lot of products don't work well for massage), also super important to me it doesn't have a super strong or bad smell, so I can apply it to myself before work. I use mainly it on my upper traps, neck, forearms, it helps reduce muscle pain.

My wife and I love this stuff. I have at least 4 of them some where in the house. If you have sore muscles, this works awesome. It is not a cure all but, does help if you have some sort of muscle soreness or stiffness. We all are getting older and our muscles are tired of doing that for you. The Rub with arnica is amazing! Quick relief for sore muscles at a reasonable price! A little goes a long way, it absorbs into your skin quickly and no stink! In fact nothing stinks about this product! I'm very happy I learned about it and purchased it!

This is the only thing that has helped my “tennis elbow” and knee pains. I do deep tissue massage on my strained ligaments and muscle knots. It always works when I use it consistently. It stinks but it’s so worth it!!

I use The Rub daily on my knees and have for a few years. It helps relieve pain and motion. I prefer the cream over the lotion. I have used other arnica creams in the past but this one is superior.
