The powder is thick and sticky. Seems very bad storage

I have ordered this product several times and have always been satisfied. I get to sleep quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The powder in the packets should look like granulated sugar. It dissolves clearly into water leaving no color.I seem to have a run into a series of packages with bad quality control. The contents of the packets is discolored and clumps together. The clumped contents will not dissolve in water and the mixed solution is a brown color. I asked for a replacement and received a second package a few days later with the same issue. I'm not quite sure where to go from here, but I'm not going order again until the issue has been resolved.

I've used this product for years. I think it is the best of its kind. Usually, it has a very dry powder consistency that is easy to mix, but occasionally, including the most recent batch I got (September 2022) seems like it has got some moisture in it or something, because instead of the dry powder, it is large globs that you have to break up before attempting (and failing) to mix it with water. I usually just dry scoop it and chase it with water anyway, but that is less pleasant with big globs vs dry powder also. They have changed packaging a few times, I presume to fight this very issue. Unfortunately, the problem is still there even with the double/triple bagging packaging. The product is fantastic, and I hope they do figure out how to make the dry powder consistency more... consistent.

This product was ok didn't really help my insomnia or get me to sleep any faster. Gaba and 5HTP will calm mind some but not enough. But if you are suffering from insomnia and have tried everything please listen. Check your Histamine Levels. I searched and researched constantly and finally found all my symptoms ( very hot at night-flushed face- just brain couldn't transfer over too sleep but body tired) until I started treating a high histamine problem ( which was brought on by COVID)--i.e allergy meds-during the day or 2 Benadryl at 8:15pm along with low melatonin and a magnesium at bedtime :9:30 has been a lifesaver and finally feeling like I am attacking the problem. Diet changes next and no extra excitement or exercise late or it will raise Histamine levels that only a Benzo ( which I would rather not take )will help me sleep. I hope this helps someone!

The last 4 packages of this product I bought have been not fresh. The product somehow got wet or over hot and made the product very hard and tough to get out of the packaging. You have to hit it with something hard to make the powder soft again. It is chewy now where it use to be like easy-flowing power. It thought the product was expired, but it had a year left. Good nights of sleep but the product is getting damaged somehow before being shipped.

i have radical insomnia and pretty much nothing works. when i first discovered dream water it was hard to find--walmart ran out and didn't restock--i couldn't locate it anywhere else. it was also expensive because i need to take it every night. $3 a bottle put me at $90 a month. so i bought the 3 ingredients & combined them, but they did not work that well. i still have some gaba powder, lol. their proprietary formula is a work of art. the usual price i pay for a night's sleep is next-day grogginess. not this stuff. the powder works fine and is cheaper. it's a life saver.
