Fixed the problem!
At steady throttle, my 2000 Ford f250 had started bouncing back and forth between RPMs and would seem confused as to where the throttle was positioned. Replaced TPS with this one and it runs like new now! Just 2 bolts and it fit perfectly. Pretty happy with it especially considering how cheap the part was.
