This Ryobi impact driver is amazing, definitely more power than its predecessor and I’ve proven it. Light weight compared to the predecessor too even with a 5ah battery.Great item

Really Small
Not sure why this model isn’t sold in the UK, but it should be, much smaller than the options we are given over here, great little driver with plenty of power.My only complaint is that for some reason, it was shipped to me from the US without the original box, instruction or anything. I was literally sent just the tool itself in nothing but a postage bag. There was no visible damage, god knows how many times it would have been thrown around on its journey, hopefully it suffered no internal damage, suppose time will tell.

Used item sold as new
I was looking forward receiving my first impact driver from Ryobi, only to discover that the item that was sold as new came with inadequate none manufacturing packaging and warranty.On closer examination of the item I discovered that the impact driver was used , it had scratch and black marks all around itI have bought Ryobi products before, always came with proper packaging and adequate documentation ,also happened to be good quality reliable products.I am very surprised and disappointed with Amazon getting involved with this kind of low level dealings in connection with an independent sellers.Very disappointed customer.
