this led bulb only has 8.5 wattage how can be brighter ?not even close to regular bulb/

Does NOT fit 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer front fog lamp housing. The red heat sink area is too thick to allow the bulb to go into the housing. I tried them and YES they are bright!

Light weren’t as bright as I thought they would be.

One star for being the color they are described as. Used on a projector style headlight. There is a huge black spot about 3 feet in diameter right where you need the light to be. Beyond that it’s so faded out it doesn’t light up anything. Reflecting road signs are about the only visible thing. Do your self a favor and get the h1 bulb that has the led at the tip facing straight out as well as all the way around the the light itself. These are hazardous.

The media could not be loaded.  Received these bulbs today and they are junk firsts off poor quality and second the prong that plugs into the socket was shoved down into the bulb so which means they were broke now I have to return them and wait for a refund to buy a 3rd set I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I highly recommend these lights! I first used them in my off-road truck and loved the brightness and clarity. They were super easy to install. Now I run them in all my vehicles!

This fog lamp replacement does not fit the 2001 Mazda Tribute fog lamp housing. I even had a professional installer try and he could not fit it either. It is too thick! It does plug in to the base easily though but just doesn’t fit in the housing.

These do NOT fit a 1999 ford explorer XLT. Bought these as replacement bulbs for my fog lights but they do not fit in the housing. H1 is the fog light bulb but the way these are made they don't fit. Don't know how bright they are or how good they are, cause I couldn't even install them.
