The Sole Secret Button Tufted Ottoman with Shoe Storage is spacious and sturdy. We initially selected the Ecru color for our bedroom; and we later ordered the Dark Gray color also for our hallway.Although the shoe dividers were damaged with both receipts and the interior linings in both units had holes, we are happy with our purchase. The dividers are capable of storing multiple pairs of shoes, depending upon the design of the shoes (i.e. flats/sandals).My husband only had to attach the legs to the ottomans, which was great - were very easy to assemble. The ottoman’s frame appears to be well constructed!

It looks very nice. Fits perfectly at the end of my bed. Fabric is nice. Button tufting looks great. It’s perfect for shoe storage. I fit 2 pairs of sandals in some slots, so it holds a lot more than 18 pairs of shoes. Very happy so far.

Like others, two of my inserts were broken in two, and the long one was damaged. If the inserts had been flat packed and secured, the weighty box of legs wouldn’t have broken the inserts. Otherwise, it was packed very well and met all my needs and expectations. Note that while the hinges are a safety feature, the unit needs to be against a wall or foot of a bed, otherwise it can tip over when open.

Shipment was fast. Package was well received. The color is so beautiful. Really adds a feminine touch to my bedroom. Space inside is perfect for storing my shoes, books and other stuff. I plan on purchasing one more for my living room.

I absolutely love this ottoman. I took out the shoe dividers to make a storage chest for blankets. It fits perfectly in front of my sofa. I also love the color. It’s true to what was pictured. Very sturdy and well structured. The top has a nice thick padding. Love the material. Would definitely recommend. Well worth the price.

I purchased this Ottoman because of the length and the shoe insert. When it arrived it looked very good, the box in good shape and it was wrapped in plastic. The outside of the ottoman is perfect, just want I expected and looks great! It's sturdy, great length and fabric is nice. The insert took a beating during shipment and it was broken on both ends and 1 divider was cracked. This cause the lose piece to bang around inside and ripped to lining of the top of the bench. Had this not happened, I would have given it 5 stars.I don't want to go through the headache of mailing it back so I just kept it. They REALLY need to rethink the way they pack the insert so that it does not move in transit.

I love this ottoman. It's perfect for my husband's shoes - a pair fits into each slot and the partitions stay in place which allows everything to remain organized. The piece is very attractive and seems to be of excellent quality - I've had it for a month so time will tell for sure but the hinges are of excellent quality, the top opens and closes smoothly, the tufted top is very neatly done. It looks great at the end of the bed and I can sit on it quite comfortably. I've been looking for the right shoe storage solution for some time now and have tried a number of things - shoe trees, underbed boxes etc.but they all turned out to be not quite right for men's shoes or plain messy. This is the best yet! I couldn't be more pleased.

This bench is really beautiful and the storage space is amazing. I've gotten lots of compliments on how it looks and even on how comfortable it is to sit on. It is sturdier than I expected and easily holds 2 large adults. The only issue I've had is that one of the hydraulic arms broke off and would need to be soldered to fix it. The remaining arm seems to be sufficient and I haven't gotten it fixed since it seems to work well without it. Because of this defect, I would give it 4.5 stars but since everything else about it is so well-made I didn't knock it down a whole star for that.
