Take this for about a month before you expect to see any results. After about 2-3 months you will DEFINITELY notice a difference. My nails, skin and hair looked amazing! People thought my hair and nails were fake. My students and their parents asked me all the time for my “secret”.

Sent me expired vitamins.. takes a while for vitamins to expire. Must have been sitting around for a while!!!!
