I like to stay in shape by going to the gym, but on the days I can't get there, I work out at home. A person can do a full workout with nothing but a kettlebell. Even those who make use of every machine in the gym can benefit from workouts with kettlebells.I had a devastating accident, then a ruptured gallbladder, so you can imagine my workout schedule was set back some. Because of that setback, I had to begin working out almost like a beginner again. One of the first things I bought for our home gym was this kettlebell. It's only five pounds (I'm ashamed to admit that), but five pounds is what I need to start with right now. I'll work up from there.This kettlebell is very well made. It's so well made that I think it might last forever, yet it's very reasonably priced. It works. I do a lot of different exercises with this kettlebell. Some kettlebell exercises engage every muscle in the body, and I want to be able to do them, even if it's only with a five-pounder.If you're just beginning to work out or are elderly or can't use more than a five-pound kettlebell right now, I really recommend this one. It's even better than the ones at my gym. Just be careful no one's in the way when you swing it.
