Good price as they seem similar to others. I put one in hot water as it suggested to fit the shape of my teeh but then one of the strips where my teeth bites keeps coming out so i use the other one. Time will tell if they work.

They are really really tough to bite down on to the point your teeth begin to hurt. I understand you need some resistance to work your jaw, but this is another level. I ended up throwing them away for fear of damaging my teeth.

Before use everytime boil! Does work I did 10 minutes a day and made a big improvement

Within first couple of uses the teeth "grippers" pop out.

Maybe it was improve your jawline but break your teeth in the process..

The bite pads on the one I'm using are falling apart, because, ooh, I dunno, maybe my teeth are a bit sharp (should'a used MDPE I think) and so it's going to be useless.
