Disappointed
Items were packed loose in a cardboard box with ' wholesale' sticker on it- unsuitable for a gift. Every other Hotel Chocolat collection I have bought has been in a gift box. Wish I had read the reviews. Plus all except one item has a short shelf life. Not what I would expect from Hotel Chocolat. And it was expensive.

It was out of date best before 08 22. Not good enough
I did not like I was sent a product to use as a present and it is out of date I expect better from hotel chocolate

This arrived totally melted!
I can’t comment on the taste or anything else as it arrived absolutely melted into a mess! I love hotel chocolat but wouldn’t order it from this seller again!

Not what's advertised
Everything in the (cardboard) box is as pictured on the add except for the hot chocolate cylindrical container box which I've bought before and was quite looking forward to.. Instead, there is a 250g plastic bag of hot chocolate powder... I can't be asked to send it back and this was a gift to ourselves so... But wouldn't get it to gift.

Not the best looking gift
Note if you order this it does not come in a gift box. Mine came in a brown cardboard box with a label on the outside saying ‘wholesale’ - but I couldn’t remove it as it had the best before date on too. Not quite what it was envisaging for a £35 gift, but I’m sure the chocolate itself lives up to Hotel Chocolat standards!
