Great and so comfy..I've had about 4 sets now as I have different ones for different uses - don't want the ones used at football in my shoes when I go out (phew!)So comfy and have cured an issue of instep pain when walking or undertaking sport for a long time.Also make my probs about 1/4-1/2 inch taller. #bonus

I was getting arch pain when running so ordered these to go in my trainers. They are a really good fit and good quality. Stupidly I didn't get my feet used to them before going running and ended up with awful blisters on the arches of my feet so I would advise wearing them in a bit if you intend to run. I am now using them in other shoes and boots too.

After doing more walking during the lockdown i began suffering with plantar fasciitis. I looked online and settled gor 2 products to help.These and a pair of compression socks.These came really quickly and I began using them straight away. I've certainly noticed an Improvement in my heel pain, although it is still early days.Once you get used to the sensation, they are really comfortable to wear and fit equally well in a couple of different pairs of shoes. I hope with longer use and the compression socks at night, my plantar fasciitis will heal.They are definitely worth a try if you are suffering.

Really comfortable insoles that provide good, firm, support for the arch. Massively reduced my foot pain after runs.The fit was good and the insoles appear to be of good quality. Really impressed.

Years ago I was advised I had plantar fasciitis and needed orthotics. I was wearing them but I keep getting out of the habit. I throw old ones away and don't buy new ones. Not smart. Recently I (again) decided I needed to take better care of myself and buy orthotics as my feet were hurting. This product was good for the pain, it helped align my foot correctly. However, I do think this product isn't quite right for me because these inserts also cushion your arch (which I don't have an issue with) and there are times when I walk when my arch aches because of the unnecessary cushioning underneath it.

These insoles fit perfectly for my size 9 and they seem more comfortable not being the whole length insole, my left foot started to flare up and within a couple of days these helped ease the pain, I'm really happy with them!

Has the look and feel of a quality product. Have now walked 7 miles in them and they are performing well with obvious cushioning.

I bought these to help with spurs in my heels. So, I put them in my cross trainer shoes mostly for an eight hour day at work, sometimes, gym. Surprisingly, I can attest they work. I have no pain walking, and it does not move within the shoe. I love the functionality, ease of use and fit, and pain relief it provides. I would recommend and purchase again.

I've had flat feet all my life and as I've gotten older it's starting to wear on my ageing body (lol). I started developing achilles tendinitis and sciatica in my right foot/leg. During the pandemic I became a power walker 5 days a week so it was annoying and painful. The compression sock helped but I don't think it should be worn all day. I started thinking about insoles (but refuse to pay the high price for orthotics) and tried a few, even Dr. Scholls products. I saw this product and thought I'd give it a try. This is the best product that has relieved my problems immediately! I loved it so much I bought another one. The high arch support really helps my flat foot so I don't over pronate and the padding on the insole helps balances things and makes it comfortable. I try to wear it in my slides but it tends to move. I wish they had this kind of insole for slippers!!! I highly recommend this product for flat feet. However, understand that every person's body reacts differently to products. I'm just sharing my own experience and hope that it will work as well for my fellow flat footers out there! Doesn't hurt to try!
