Q: Do you have to soak these before feeding them to box turtles?

I don't soak them. I just pour them, and they eat them. They're very small, so even the smallest turtle could eat them with no major issues.

Q: I have a red eared slider that is about the size of a fifty cent piece. How much should I give him and how often?

I have two green sea turtles and are about the size of my palms and I’m a pretty small person but they love to eat. I feed them twice a day and I give them a few little pellets each time. I try to do about 10 (they are really small) but one of my turtles if bigger than the other and eats more so I give them more if they ask for it (they tend to try to stand inside their home when they are hungry) it all depends on your turtle and it’s hunger needs. If you see it doesn’t eat them (gets the water dirty faster) then feed him less.

Q: Can someone give me the directions on how much to feed the turtles?

I usually just throw in a few of them into their bowl (it has water) so the food will moist a bit and it makes it easier for them to eat it.
