Excellent quality and good value for money compared to other products. The needle sizes are good and the handle is sturdy. It was easy to change attachments. The tray is useful. After use my face was a little red in places like I had a suntan which subsided by the next day. After one use I'm feeling happy with the product and will continue to use it once every two weeks as I've read it is important to give your skin time to recover. It's too early to see any major difference but I feel that it is working.
