This has been a God-send! omg! I have been suffering with vaginal atrophy/dryness for years. I hate to write all this personal info but if it will help someone I will just let it go.I had a hysterectomy at age 40. I am currently 58 and have been off hormones for probably 15 years. For awhile I used vagifem which are estradiol inserts. At the time they only came in one size and it was too much estrogen and gave me a headache so I abandoned it. I did notice that they now make it in a lower dose but when I saw this cream was estriol as well as estradiol I thought I would give this a try.I have been using it for a couple weeks and I know it's working and I know it has estrogen in it, because I have nipple sensitivity that I have not had since I was getting my periods. This of course is not a big deal but it lets me know that it for sure has estrogen in it.The effect on my lady parts has been near miraculous. I have been suffering for so long with atrophy and dryness...and the itching and imbalance that goes along with it. For at least the last 8 years I have been on and off miserable down there. Before if I had to use an applicator for the replens...just sticking that applicator in was uncomfortable and almost painful. My tissue was so thin it felt like the applicator was scraping me. After only a couple weeks of the biestro care, I feel like my tissue has plumped up and the other day when I used the applicator it did not bother me at all. I am hoping to not need that at all anymore after awhile.I was so desperate when I got it that I used an applicator and put it right where I needed it most. I am not sure if that is good or not but it seemed to work. I have since moved to applying it outside but do put some on my exterior personal area as I feel it really needs it until I have been on it awhile. It did sting a little the first time I used it but most likely because my tissue was so raw down there.My feeling is that I would like to use this every other day or maybe just a couple times a week since I am completely done with menopause. I don't want to cause myself some other harm so I am aiming for the lowest effective dose. It will probably take some time to work that out.The cream has no scent and is pleasant enough. I did feel that the dispenser had issues sometimes only giving me half the amount I should have, or I would have to pump it a few times.One other thing. Since my hysterectomy, I have had terrible anxiety that I never had before. I will not say it's a magical cure but I do think that the estrogen in this cream is helping how I feel in general as far as my anxiety. I just feel emotionally like I have a little more zest for life. It's very subtle and I am hoping it continues to improve. I still get anxiety but it seems I can work through it without having to a xanax.I do not think I have lost any weight, maybe even gained a little. I think I started the end of Feb. I am just starting on my second bottle. I am still using it every day. I can skip a day here and there, but if I miss more than 2 days I start to feel poorly in general.the positive impact on my vaginal tissue continues to improve. It is nearly a complete cure in that area. I still get mild irritation from time to time but think it's still improving. I think it was so bad for such a long time that it may take awhile for full resolution. I never apply it on that area anymore just on my skin rotating areas like it says to do.The biggest impact of this cream has been on my moods and anxiety. As I stated before I still get anxiety but I feel better equipped to deal with it. I just feel generally better than I did before. For the past several years I have felt pretty much disabled by my anxiety. It was an abrupt change when I started the cream and it continues. I still have a bad day here or there, but generally I feel so much better that I am almost afraid something will happen to reverse how I have been feeling. I am hopeful it continues to get better.Update 6-10-17I am still doing well. About to start my third bottle of the cream. I think the improvements have leveled off a bit. I am happy with the results in my vaginal area, and also glad for the improvement in my anxiety disorder. I still have anxiety but I just feel a little better overall and I am definitely using less xanax to manage my anxiety. It seems like I still get it but I can work through it and it dissipates more quickly on it's own. I am tempted to try adding more cream to see if I can get more improvement but am afraid to rock the boat. I did try adding progesterone but that did not seem to help one way or the other. I do not have a uterus so it's not an issue for me.I will check back in with any changes.Update 11-20-17I have been continuing to use biestro care and added progesterone again. I do think it might be working slightly better with the progesterone so I will continue. I tried a bunch of different schedules and have settled into using both creams every other night and that seems to work the best. I did not like using them every single day because I did not want them to build up or for my body to get used to them. I tried taking a week off a month and that was a disaster for the week I was off. With the every other day dosing I do not feel a lot of ups and downs and I feel like I am getting consistent results without side effects. It's not perfect but I definitely feel better than I did a year ago and will continue to use both creams. I apply them to my legs, arms, stomach, back or anywhere really, but I do not apply it the same place each time. I apply my creams at night one full pump of each cream.Update 8-12I ended up discussing with my doctor since this was working so well and I wanted to get estrogen that I could use vaginally. I got a script for estrace (estradiol) and used it for a month or two three times a week and now I am down to using it just once a week. I still use the biestro care a couple days a week on the days I am not using the estrace. I just did not feel comfortable putting the biestro care on my private area and felt that was where I needed it most. I did quit using the progesterone as I felt it made me sort of depressed. It's really hard to say since these things are so subjective, but I feel best on just the estrogen, and since I do not have a uterus and am only using a tiny dose I am not too worried. I also started a low carb diet in April and have been able to lose about 25lbs while on the estrogen.

I know it sounds complicated but it isn't. Take a bottle to work and use tiny pea size drops every couple of hours all day long. Use a little when you go to bed and if you wake up to tinkle every night like I do 😑 Use just a dab and start again in the morning. Your ovaries DO NOT produce a huge amount at one time. Your ovaries give tiny pulses throughout your day. Try it!! You will be more balanced and estrogen will be delivered in tiny amounts all day long.

Update July, 2018: Still SO SO happy with this cream!!! So glad it exists!!! I might be dead otherwise. LOLWorks really well. I started out using the Smoky Naturals estriol cream, but found that was no longer enough for me, (I'm 52), it wasn't helping so much as I started to have hot flashes, so I switched to this. Works GREAT. I guess I needed the extra bit of estradiol at this stage. It's a tad greasy, which is sorta annoying, but for the results it gives, it's a very minor negative. So happy this exists!! Will get me thru this super hard menopause journey!Update: 10/11/17 Don't know what I would do without this cream. Works perfectly. Life saver!!! A++++++Update 12/6/17 Still believe this is the best biodentical estro cream out there, hands down. Perfection. My saving grace!!!

After one month of use, I had a light period for 3 days..plus sore nipples, fuller breasts, no more vaginal dryness, plump vaginal outer labia (vaginal atrophy reduces them), increased eyebrow and vaginal hair - which has come back to the original color of brown! However, I put the creme on the inner labia of the vagina - which is the most direct route, recommended by Dr. Jonathan Wright, the "father" of bio-identical hormones according to Suzanne Somers. The problem with applying it to fatty areas of the body like the inner thighs is that it doesn't get to where it needs to go nearly as well. What's closer than the vagina? BTW, once my estrogen receptors absorbed the estrogens, the period stopped by the 2nd month, but everything else has continued. I also use it on my face as a wonderful moisturizer and collagen builder.

I read all the reviews and with some doubts I ordered this as my only alternative since I could not afford the huge price that goes with getting bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Well, that was the best thing I ever did! This worked like magic for my vaginal dryness and uncomfortable sex problem. I still can't believe it but I just received my second order for it and I hope it will always be available. I am a 66 year old woman who had been suffering for awhile now with this problem. It is gone now and I feel so much happier and enjoying a full sex life once again. Excellent product, easy to use and nothing uncomfortable about it. It is a light lotion and I did not see any stickiness on myself at all. Applying it to the inside of my arms, abdominal area or inside thighs, rotating it between those areas twice a day. No complaints. I would recommend it to a friend in a minute. I love it!

Espero poder hacer un comentario mas adelante, solo tengo dos meses usándola, se siente el alivio al momento de aplicarla, hay que lavar muy bien las manos de inmediato porque si te tocas los ojos te irrita mucho, no huele mal no es pegajosa ni mancha la ropa, si la aplicas como se indica el alivio es inmediato.
