Great pain relief and support for my ankle / foot

Bought to replace Scholl insoles for hiking boots. Night and day comparison. 50 mile 4 day loaded hike completed with no sore heels as was the case with previous insoles. Lots of road time and chunky gravel handled with ease. Heartily recommended.

Bought these becaues I had pain in my metatarsals and was due to go away on a walking holiday in the Alpes-Maritimes. I'd tried to see a podiatrist but there weren't any appointment so I took a punt on these and they were magic. They saved the holiday. Thank you!

These insoles have given me the most comfortable walk in a long time. For someone who walks the dog most days. That is important. No more achy knees or hips.

I must admit I totally fell for their marketing, had high hopes but these insoles are just like any other cheaper ones :( I'm struggling with plantar fasciitis and these insoles made zero difference.

Bought these for my hiking boots.. unfortunately they raise my heel a bit too much but that's more the boots construction is at fault.I'm currently using them in my work boots and they feel great to walk on
