You’re better off buying them in person.
I wear nothing but Levi jeans, so I know my size in their brand to the T. Normally I buy these jeans in person from the store, and have a pair that is my size. I ordered the same exact size that I always wear, and they are WAAAAAY too tight at the knees. I sew professionally, so my first thought was turn them inside out to see if they sewed it correct. The seam allowance on the jeans were not the standard 1/2” seam that Levi uses on their jeans, which means either these are fake Levi jeans or someone in the factory tried to cover up the mistake of cutting the fabric too small. Upon further examination of the jeans, the amount of fabric sewn at the cuff of the jeans were not the standard Levi 5/8” cuff. Save your money and buy them in a store instead, cause these are fake Levi’s jeans.

NOT "JEANS."
I really love skinny jeans but I am returning all 3 pairs of these that I bought. First, these are cute I suppose but I have some major problems with them. Skinny jeans are my favorite type of jean so I was really excited to buy these and I bought 3 pairs at once. I ordered a 29 (size 8) and they were a decent length and width at the waist. I wanted a high waist and that is definitely what you get. This waist is HIGH. Like, can't even see my belly button high. HOWEVER....these are NOT the nice thick, durable, JEANS that I have always know Levi's for!!!! This was the most disappointing aspect. These are somewhere in between jeans and leggings, somewhere off in the"jegging" realm. NOT Levi's quality. Also, my tags had a majority written in an Asian language with a 2015 date (I am writing this in Dec 2017). SO I am not sure of the source of these JEGGINGS. Second, they are TIGHT, TIGHT, TIGHT. Even before washing or drying these they are absolutely not a professional fit. They are PAINTED on. Also, when they are this tight they really squeeze and hug behind your knee. If you research this aspect of these SUPER tight jeggings you'll find that having the pants huge behind your knee like that leads to major circulation problems, clot formation, and a slew of other health issues.Like I said, I am a fan of nice, quality, skinny jeans and they are my favorite. But these are not them. These are insanely elastic, giving an unprofessional/juvenile look; not to mention that the intense fit makes them way less than comfortable. I imagine with the thinness, they will also wear out extremely fast. Also, the tag on the back (the tell-tale Levi's logo) is VERY cheap, thin, and over-sized. They feel like a knock-off or something. They don't seem to be genuine. I certainly hope they ARE knock-offs and that Levi's hasn't gone down the tubes and is putting out cheap garbage. My Levi's usually last me decades of wear and tear but these are cheap fashion jeggings, nothing more.

Great, Comfy Jeans
I ordered a size 27 even though I typically wear a 28. They might run a teeny bit large. My hips are 37” or 38” and my thighs are 23” around. They have a good amount of stretch and hit just below the belly button. I’m super happy with them!

A little too tight, we'll see.
I have a pair of levis 512 skinny jeans that I have been wearing lately that are a little loose. I decided to go with a size 31 in the levis 721. They are a little too tight for my liking. They kind of look like leggings on me. I am going to keep them for a few weeks to see if they fit better after a few weeks of my workout plan. If not, then I will either return them or go up to the next size. For reference for others, I'm 5 foot 6, currently around 170 pounds, the jeans hit just below my belly button. I'll update if I exchange for another size or if I shape up in the next month to say how they fit.Update 2.11.17: I lost about 5 pounds and couldn't wait any longer so I started to wear them in December. They lasted about 3 months before the usual thing happens with the seams of the thigh where they begin to come apart from friction. It doesn't seem to matter what pants I buy this alway happens. I put patches over them and they will probably last a long time now. Overall a pretty good pant. Also, I have Vitiligo, in case anyone wonders about the discoloration on my feet. Spreading awareness. :)

Love these
High waisted, somewhere between jeans and leggings, super comfortable, and they look great! I got size 33, normally I'm a 14 or L/XL in pants/leggings, 5'3" and about 185 and the 33 fits great

Sizing difference between colors
Bought this dark pair and the distressed pair in the exact same size 26 regular length 30”. The dark pair was longer and way tighter in the legs (thigh knee and calf) than the distressed pair. Will be returning the dark pair. I have pictures of both and I am 5’6” 113 lbs, 31” chest, 25” waist, 35” hip for reference. Loved how the distressed pair fit though!

Size Up! Wonderful Genuine Levi’s
Genuine Levi’s, I ordered two pairs, the vintage blue and blue story. Both feel like they are the same size and inseam (a little long for me so I will get them tailored). I did not have the problem some people had with receiving the wrong styles - both were high rise 721s as described. The blue story has the perfect amount of stretch, in my opinion. The vintage blue has pretty much NO stretch, and took me about 3x longer to put on than a normal pair of jeans. I wore them around a bit and they did start to stretch out, but they will absolutely need to be hang dried.Always with Levi’s jeans I size up. I’m normally a US size 12 (sometimes even a 10) and with the normal Levi’s jeans I order a 32 (14) not 31 (12).

Good fit for me
Good fit, for me it’s not tight although I find the material a bit prickly (sensitive skin). Zoom in on item to see material properly, I found that helpful so I wasn’t expecting thick material.

Love the feel and look, not too concerned with how "genuine" they are
So the sizing chart is pretty accurate. I got a size 6 because I have 37 hips, but I didn't account for stretch. If you're around 125lbs - 130lbs and want a tighter fit, you might consider a size 4 but otherwise my size 6 fits just fine. I was concerned with some reviews saying that these aren't genuine because of the "paper tag" but upon further research I discovered that Levi's only uses leather on special or vintage Levi's and started using the paper tags in 1954 - 1955 so there's that to consider if there is a concern for you. These ones are a little long for me, I'm 5'2 but I usually wear high top boots or roll my pants anyhow. Other than that, I love the feel and the way they look. I don't find them to be too thin but that's just me.

Excellent fit.
Excellent fit. VERY hard for me to find jeans that fit. I am pretty curvy with a small waist and a big bum. These jeans are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever had, bar none. I went by the measurement chart and ordered my size according to the hip measurement. No waist gap. Couldn’t be happier.

Makes my bum look fabulous. 10/10
I have gotten a number of compliments on how these jeans make my butt look. They are so cute, they fit correctly everywhere and honestly if I could buy a dozen other pairs I would.

Lasted longer than most.
But not by much, wore these as work pants, once or twice a week, before busting through at the inner thigh. Not the alleged ten years that denims should last, but better than most, and comfortable and easy to care for, didn't shrink, looked nice and plain, will probably purchase again as it was nice to find something reliable and not have to think about finding new pants during The Pandemic. If anyone has super durable recommendations for women's sizes 14-16 that can take some warehouse work please let me know.
