***IF YOU ARE TRYING TO PUT THESE ON OVER YOUR HEAD, you are doing it wrong. shapewear is meant to be stepped into and pulled up***i was going to order s——mint tanks and ran across this brand and decided to try it.i had been happy with the SM tanks, but i like to have all 3 colors and it gets pricey - especially to keep sizing down as i lose weight.i read the reviews and was worried these would run really small so i sized up to a 2XL. i wear a ladies XL 16-18 in clothing. the XL size here was listed as 8-10!but the 2X was too big - did not feel very “supportive”. so i ordered the XL and it is PERFECT! i measured before and after putting on the tank and i was at least 2” smaller in the bust, waist and hips!i did have to shimmy myself into it, the tank is tight - but thats the point! lol! needs to be tight to hold you in. but it was not a tug of war. once on, it was comfy and after wearing it shopping for the afternoon - didnt ride up.i do like that the compression is focused mainly through the waist and hips and does not smooch your bust like the SM brand does. the bust and strap portion was noticeably lighter. the scoop neck was also low enough so that it didnt interfere with my v neck shirts. also a problem i have with the SM tanks.roll at waist was smoothed out and my shirts and jeans look nicer on, so overall very happy with these!to put the tank on, step in and pull straight up - dont try to put it on over your head or bunch it up as you step in. once you have it up, you can adjust the compression area.

I ordered Medium which is marked at 4/6 but I normally wear women's size 8/10. My bra size is 36H and it was not a problem sizing down to the medium.Medium fit great. It is super comfortable to wear all day and I look great. I would definitely suggest sizing down if you are looking to get really smooth results. As others mentioned, you have to step into these, can't put it on over your head. I'm sure ordering your regular size would work well too but if you want to get more snatched, size down.

I ordered these looking for a soft material in shapewear which does not irritate the skin and with comfortable control. . The material is very soft on the skin and the control appears good. However, I wish they had extra small because the small does not provide the fit I was looking for. I might have to return. However, I would recommend the product for the craftmanship of the item, the quality of the material, and the great value. Unlike other shapewear, it is not made of the material that will gather lint in the washer and the dryer and that irritates your skin. If I decide to keep them, I will try shrinking them in the dryer. Also, they do fit well below the abdomen and it appears they will stay in place.

These tanks are VERY tight, but not uncomfortable. They are difficult to adjust when having to lift the shirt to use the bathroom. I wear my underwear under the tank and I have to roll up the tank, pull down my underwear and then when I am done, it's difficult to roll down the tank again and get it in the correct spot.If you pull these tanks up from your legs, like your putting on a one piece bathing suit, they are easier to get situated right.

These hold everything nicely, but I feel they smoosh your breast’s too much. Go up a size.

Comfortable and long doesn’t rise up

Feeling support all around is essential. When it comes to the physical, I feel better all around when my midsection is supported.I have purchased this item three times now. When I started I ordered a size XL then I moved to L and now I’m purchasing an M.These help put everything in place. They are flexible and I love that it comes in three different colors.I will continue purchasing this as I progress in my journey.I Love that extra support but still comfortable and flexible.Personally, I don’t use the straps because of discomfort on my shoulder from time to time. And even with doing this It doesn’t look or feel bulky with the straps at the sides under my shirt. I also love that it’s long offering more coverage on your torso. It doesn’t roll out of place often just 1-2x with movement.I highly recommend this product. Give it try.

I'm mostly happy with these. The one thing I don't love is that there are two different weights to the fabric, one thicker with more compression, from under the breasts down to about 3in from the bottom. Then the upper and bottom sections are lighter weight, with far less compression. While I like that it doesn't smoosh down my boobs, it also means it doesn't help smooth out the back fat around the band of my bra. I would prefer it had the shaping fabric all the way up the back. And also all the way down to the bottom. Although I've only worn these tucked in with jeans so far, with thinner pants or skirt, the change in compression would show through.I'm 5'9 about 195lbs, and I got the XL based on other reviews. The size chart says I should have gotten the XXL, as I usually wear a size 12 or 14, but XL is what I would typically buy in a shirt size. I'd recommend buying true to your normal size, to the get best amount of shaping. A larger size wouldn't provide the benefit I was looking for.This is very tight, very smoothing, but comfortable. I could feel it when I sat down the first time, but didn't notice it after a while. And tucked into my jeans, it did not ride up. I'll update if I change my mind after wearing them longer, but for now, I'm happy with them. Good value shapewear.
