I bought a pack of 2 Security Lights on the 4/10/2022 so they are 7 months old. The description shows 24 month guarantee. One light has stopped working correctly. How fo I get this replaced

Have two of these and been working great for many weeks now.

The product is really good, simple to install however neither of the cables were the advertised 1m and I had to extend one

We’ve got two of these on the house and unfortunately both have suffered from water ingress.They were bright responsive lights before the water ingress but now the PIR has a pool of water inside (which is drawn up into the glass as condensation in hot weather). They no longer reliably detect movement and randomly turn on and off at all hours of the day.I drilled a hole into the bottom of one of them and drained the water but I think the damage to the electronics has already been done.They’ve lasted a year but will have to now be replaced.

With any motion sensor you would expect a timer to set the duration when motion is detected.. it’s a shame this product ha no settings like this… although the light is bright for its size

I put it on the outside of our outbuilding. It was simple to set up and works well.

Regrettably, the Security Lights with Motion Sensor that I purchased have not lived up to my expectations. The sensitivity and response of the motion sensor is not as reliable as I had hoped. For a product designed to enhance home security, this inconsistency is a substantial drawback. Therefore, I can only give this product a 2-star rating. Potential buyers should consider these issues before purchasing.
