Multiple Product Fails.
I purchased originally in 2021. In 2023 the product failed and had to be replaced under their "Lifetime" warranty. They shipped me a new one. Sure, they replaced the part, but you have to have the expense of having your mechanic replace the part on the vehicle. Now, in 2024, the part has failed AGAIN. Their Cutomer Service was ultimately helpful after several calls and will send another replacement. But it is difficult to recommend given the fact that I will be installing yet another part that should have worked the first time.
