I had UNBELIEVABLE results after the very first night which continued for about 8months. Then, it just stopped. No idea why. I even bought a new one but never got the same results. ALL of my body stiffness/aches in the morning went away. ALL the puffiness in my eyes in the morning was GONE. My body felt GREAT!!! I’m 54 and VERY active. My muscles never got sore after intense workouts. It’s like they repaired instantly. But now I just don’t get any results anymore. Has anyone else had this experience???

✅ I love that this has 10% silver. Many only have 5%, which is good, too. It can be slightly irritating or itchy on skin if your highly sensitive due to the fine silver threads. But, I can sleep with it against my face, so everyone’s different. I recommend checking your outlets for safe PROPER grounding, before use. Buy a ground-checker for about $5. I plug mine into a grounded surge protector, just for extra safety. It’s good practice to disconnect during lightning storms. Otherwise, I encourage everyone to ground regularly. Research health benefits. It’s well worth it. For fun, you can buy a Multi-Meter if you want to prove to yourself that it effectively grounds your energy.

I think that if this sheet were large enough to tuck in somewhere on the bed, it would be so much better. Wow, I love what it does, it’s frustrating that it wrinkles up underneath you during the night. If somebody could come up with a grounding sheet with fitted corners, that would be amazing!

I bought it for the large size. But right away I noticed the actual tag sewn to the sheet does not say "silver" anywhere, and in fact only has washing instructions, no materials listed at all.I know by international trade law you can not sew a tag onto the product listing false infornation, thus scammers prefer to put no info, instead of false info, on the sewn-on tag.The bag on the other hand is another story and they can always say, "sorry mix up, wrong bag" and not face as heavy fines, so of course the bag says 10% silver, but no where on the sheet itself does it say "silver" and in fact as states earlier, the "materials" tag is missing altogether. Only the washing instructions tag is there.I ordered a chemical silver test kitand when it arrives I will test it.Also where you connect the ground cord, the metal snap is only touching two strands of (suppsedly silver) and one would expect that entire black pach housing the snap, to be conductive, thus touching many more strands, for long lasting and better contact.I am not sure of the silver or the snap patch yet, so I gave it the 3rd star until I can test the silver. Will follow up with update afterwards.

I do miss the super soft regular sheets, I was using, but these rest us so well it's worth losing a little softness. They are fairly soft and not scratchy. Shrinkage is the downside, I guess wash in cold only and dry cool? ... we have used warm settings.

I sleep with this pretty regularly but I noticed when I have it in the laundry and I don't sleep without it I wake up a little bit more sore in the morning. I have arthritis all through my spine and my hips and my hands and when I sleep with this, I spring up out of bed in the morning! definitely works! Not sure how it does but it's been helping me for about two months now. No complaints here.

This sounds like some hippie stuff, but it actually works!!! Because of the many years of abusing my body in my line of work, I have chronic pain. I recently bought this grounding sheet for my fiancé and I. My excruciating back pain has lessened noticeably and I just started using the sheet!
